I guess when we considered the prospects of living in the deserts of the U.S., the idea of snow didn't occur to us?! The tumbleweeds and strong blowing wind off the mountains should have been familiar from time in Colorado, but surely the desert doesn't get snow? Wrong! So...lesson learned, have an ice scraper no matter the state, or at least something to throw the snow off the car, like some lil kids wanting to throw snowballs. When June arrives, I'm sure the complaint will be Hot, Hot, Hot, but right now temps below freezing are "uncool." Grateful for lots of sunshine, relatively little in terms of big storms (fingers crossed) and beautiful scenery, but would enjoy more Spring-like weather. Just sayin'.
