Second Thoughts...

Before Ty was born I was a firm believer in not letting my baby suck his thumb! He takes to his paci every now and then, but lately, he prefers his thumb (or whatever finger or part of his hand he can fit in his mouth at the moment). At first, I would pull it out and it usually led to screaming. I was persistent at first, but now... I give in. You win, Ty! If it will give me a few extra minutes so that I can eat something, grab a drink, go to the bathroom, tend to the dogs, or fold your endless loads of laundry... then I'll allow it! :)
